Contact me for scores and parts of my music–I am a self-published composer. This choice comes as a necessity because of the nature of my work. I believe that the role of the composer today ought to change, as modern composers cannot be seen as the depositaries of instrumental and harmonic knowledge anymore. The biggest research in terms of instrumental exploration today comes from the jazz world. There, the music is tried on the field and is allowed to mature and change after every concert.
Similarly, my pieces are tailored for the musicians that play them, and continue to evolve after each performance. I like to exploit the timbre and the idiosyncrasies of the artists who perform my music–which implies small modifications to the score for each performance and each acoustics.
